How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with delivery typically taking 3–7 business days depending on your location.

What is your return policy? You can return items within 14 days of delivery. If the item arrived defective or damaged, we cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. See our full Refund Policy for details.

How do I track my order? You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Are your headphones/speakers waterproof? Our Bone Conduction Headphones are sweat and water resistant, making them suitable for workouts and rain — but they are not designed for full submersion.

Can I use the gaming headset on console and mobile, not just PC? Yes — it includes both a 3.5mm jack and USB lightning connection, making it compatible with PC, console, and mobile devices.
